Unlike others, who often require owners to list their B&Bs under a shared "corporate" account or their own booking website, our aim is to provide greater control and transparency. We understand the evolving market, and that's why we ensure that you maintain your individual accounts on popular platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, separate from your property manager.

After years of working in various property management companies, Kristel identified a significant issue in the market. Homeowners lacked control over their listings, revenue, pricing, and even the opportunity to engage with visitors and receive guest reviews—a crucial aspect of hosting vacation rentals. This realization sparked the need for a new business approach, one that prioritizes efficient and transparent management.

The concept is simple: we have created a business strategy that positions homeowners as hosts of their own delightful properties. Homeowners have the freedom to be as involved or uninvolved as they desire. Currently, StayK Rentals boasts 21 properties located across five states in the United States.
